HDF's Mission

The mission of HDF is to assist the people of Haiti by serving them directly.

We are interested in funding projects and forming partnerships in areas of healthcare, housing, education, food assistance, and community development. Because health care is such a critical need, our first project was the creation of the Sarthe Neighborhood Medical Clinic located in Port-au-Prince in June 2002.

We have made a real difference in the lives of many people. With an annual target budget of $35,000, we have saved lives and improved the quality of life for those who have received treatment.
